Aerospace Supplier Development Manager – Shanghai, China.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for formulating sourcing and cooperation strategies.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining the potential supplier pool for aviation suppliers.
- Responsible for collecting and analyzing the development dynamics of the aviation supply chain, and formulating sourcing recommendations.
- Responsible for participating in the formulation of supply chain risk and compliance management plans, and supervising their implementation.
- Responsible for providing professional consulting, technical training, and business guidance to internal personnel.
Job
Requirements: - Master's degree or above, with a background in supply chain management, aircraft design and manufacturing, mechanical engineering, or related fields.
- Over 10 years of work experience in a leading international aerospace manufacturing company, with a comprehensive understanding of the entire commercial aircraft supply chain management process.
- International perspective, familiar with the aerospace supply chain and supplier situation.
- Must possess the ability to understand corporate strategy, develop appropriate supply chain plans, and balance costs, schedules, and risks.
Candidates should be prepared to live and work in China for 1- 3 years initial contract.
