Job
Responsibilities:
- Conduct forward-looking research on country-specific legal compliance, track trade compliance policies, regulations, and enforcement trends in major countries and regions, and provide timely risk alerts and solutions.
- Be responsible for systematic compliance management, assess compliance risks across business areas, and improve compliance guidelines, evaluation mechanisms, and risk prevention systems.
- Provide compliance policy guidance for daily business, coordinate with internal and external parties to handle compliance issues.
- Deliver compliance training for executives and employees, cultivate compliance-related talents.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the company.
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or above in law; must hold a legal professional qualification, lawyer’s license, or corporate legal advisor qualification.
- At least 8 years of work experience, with mid- to senior-level legal/compliance management experience in large multinational companies, or deep service experience in top domestic law firms.
- Proficient in export control and compliance systems of major countries/regions, with strong theoretical knowledge and organizational skills, and experience handling complex compliance matters.
- Experience in trade compliance or response to government export control/compliance cases.
- Familiarity with international aviation enterprises and compliance management in manufacturing industries.
- Excellent English skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing); able to negotiate in English; CET-6 or above.
Candidates must be willing to live and work in Shanghai for 1-3 years initial contract duration.
