Our Aerospace Client in China, is looking to appoint a Expert in Smart Factory Design with strong experience Aerospace experience. Candidates must be willing to live and work in China for 1-3 years initial contract. Good long term prospects.
Job
Responsibilities:
- Plan the concept demonstration and key technology identification of the aircraft manufacturing robot factory, lead the implementation of no less than three key technology breakthroughs, and form a breakthrough report.
- Participate in the evaluation of the technical route for the flexible assembly production line of aircraft fuselage robots and form evaluation opinions.
- Plan and improve the development and implementation plan of our Client's "Robotics+Aviation Manufacturing" technology, and organize the modification and improvement of the plan.
- Plan the construction and application preparation work of the provincial and ministerial level laboratory for the "Civil Aircraft Manufacturing Robot Application Laboratory", and form a planning plan.
- Plan the construction of robot experimental verification capabilities, organize and complete the construction of robot demonstration lines, and achieve application verification of no less than 15 robot aviation application scenarios.
- Plan the intelligence and digitization of aviation manufacturing robot equipment, and complete the planning of no less than three related projects.
- Plan to develop a standard system for aviation manufacturing robots, and lead the application for at least 3 industry or national standards.
- Plan no less than two international cooperation projects for aviation manufacturing technology, and lead a team to participate in no less than three international exchange conferences.
- Be responsible for applying for no less than 4 national and local robot special projects, applying for no less than 50 million yuan of national allocated scientific research funds, and leading a team to apply for no less than 20 invention patents, publishing no less than 10 papers, and one monograph in the field of robot aviation manufacturing.
Experience and qualifications:- Majors related to aircraft manufacturing, intelligent manufacturing, robotics, intelligent systems, and thermal intelligence technology.
- Possess rich experience and relevant professional education experience.
- Has made significant achievements in the original academic field, has a leading research level domestically and internationally, and has a significant academic status.
