"After 10 years in the banking sector within the project finance team, I transitioned into the Defence sector developing a sales and marketing strategy for SMEs in the UK focussed on export to India.  We have successfully partnered with a number of UK companies, delivering key technologies into Indian Defence and Aerospace programmes.  Under the ‘Make in India’ campaign, our business strategy has evolved and we now have an Indian footprint for manufacture and supply to the Group’s customer base.  We aim to grow the Indian operation to act as a conduit between International Defence companies and the growing Indian private industry.

After acquiring Milfoam in 2007, I appointed worldwide distributing partners to offer a portfolio of products in the gun barrel maintenance field.  My long term ambition being to replicate the Indian model and open up new export markets to the UK Defence industry."

"With Rolls Royce I developed my Aerospace career as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer in their Advanced Manufacturing Department.  My role evolved into successfully Managing several key technology transfer projects, primarily within turbine blade advanced manufacturing across Rolls-Royce UK sites and then a joint venture in China.  Before joining the Strongfield Team (the family business), I spent the next 5 years within Operational Management Consulting as a Senior Project Manager, responsible for delivering multi-site business transformation projects for major Clients worldwide, within pharmaceuticals/biotech, transportation and aerospace - through training, coaching & deployment of Lean/Six-Sigma methodologies.  I now bring all those skills together to lead the Teams and Offices across Strongfield worldwide within the Consultants & Aviation divisions, making sure we’re all focusing on your priorities."

With double postgraduate degrees in MSc (Weapon Systems) and MSc (Armament) from Pune University, my journey has been shaped by a deep commitment to excellence and operational efficiency.

During my career, I had the privilege of attending a specialized course in the UK, where I distinguished myself. My core expertise lies in Surveillance/Counter-Surveillance and procurement procedures, with extensive experience in collaborating with leading organizations such as DRDO and BEL. I’ve also worked closely with renowned global firms, including IAI MALAT, SIT France, ELOP Israel, ELBIT Israel, and Raytheon USA, overseeing equipment procurement and integration into operations.

Over the years, I’ve driven impactful initiatives such as cost-cutting measures, manpower optimization, and equipment rationalization, earning me prestigious recognitions, including the Chief of Army Staff (COAS) and Vice Chief of Army Staff (VCOAS) Commendation Cards—twice.

With over 40 years of experience in the aerospace industry, I joined Strongfield Consultants in 2025. My expertise lies in aircraft structures design and integration, having worked with leading OEMs including BAE Systems, Boeing, Bombardier, and Tier 1 suppliers.

Most recently, I held senior engineering roles such as Principal Engineer, Structural Design at Aerion Supersonic, contributing to the development of a supersonic business jet, and at Eviation Aircraft, supporting the creation of an electric commuter aircraft.

I bring a wealth of knowledge from numerous aerospace development programs, which I now apply at Strongfield to support recruitment, business development, and engineering consultancy services.

I started my career working as a Propulsion Systems Engineer at Aeronautical Development Agency (ADA) in 2014 and then moved to Rolls Royce as a After Market Repair Engineer in their Commercial Aero Engine sector.
