    • Fleet Changes
    • Training
    • Seasonal Peaks
    • Unplanned or Planned Leave

Your costs include a Monthly Rate, and where appropriate …. Per Diem/Overnight Allowance, Air Tickets, Accommodation, Ground Duty Transport, Paid Leave/Off Rotations and Life, Medical & Repatriation Insurance.
Optional costs include loss of licence insurance, paid sick-leave, paid maternity/paternity leave, company mobile phone, uniforms and any other benefits you may prefer to offer, in accordance with your Company policies.

Whichever country your Operation is based in we may be able to offer a legal/compliant solution which removes any obligation that you may otherwise have to pay Employer’s Tax or Social Security/National Insurance costs etc.

Client operational needs are prioritised and we strive to ensure the very best personality matches, as well as answering your requirements for superior technical skills, experience, flexibility and commitment – as everyone expects.

Each Flight Deck Crew Member has their full Profile matched to the specific needs of your Business: licencing authorities, route knowledge, language skills, insurer requirements, hours on type, training history, skills overview – and their proven ability to step into a new environment, to understand their role and to immediately deliver the solutions that enhance your Operational successes.

All Supporting Documents, exactly as your Aviation Authority requires, are provided – we’ll even reach out across The Strongfield Global Network for any unique Visa/Validation needs you might have.

  • FREELANCE & CONTRACTORS

Why use Contractor & Freelancer Services?

Temporary Services answer a variety of needs in the modern world and can often be more cost effective than hiring permanent, direct hire, full-time Employees who may add substantial weight to your monthly outgoings.

Instead, bring in skilled and experienced Contractors or Freelancers with all the professionalism your need on Day 1 and then release them, when the job is done:

When required, a full set of Supporting Documents will be supplied for your Aviation Authority approval per person and our experienced, professional Management support is provided throughout the selection, reporting and operational phases - until the last person goes home.

    Freelancers

We maintain an On-Call Pool of pre-approved, qualified and current Flight Deck Crews, Licensed Engineers and VIP Cabin Attendants. One call and we’ll action a Freelance Request, for you to select from those who confirm their availability. Your costs are limited to a Daily Rate (including per diem/overnight allowance), Air Tickets, Hotel and Ground Duty Transport for the number of days you require. Whichever country your Operation is based in we offer a legal solution which removes any obligation that you may otherwise have to pay Employer’s Tax or Social Security/National Insurance costs.

    Contract Maintenance Engineers

Each Maintenance Engineer in our Contractor pool is certified to work on at least one of the world’s civilian airframes, engines, avionics and/or in-flight entertainment systems – and many hold multiple Licences to cover ICAO, FAA and/or EASA regulations, with authority to sign off multiple types.

We’ll secure the Team or individual whose Profile matches exactly the breadth of skills and qualifications you need to slot into your Team:

    • Department start-up, expansion, inspections, new fleet, flying spanner, holiday cover
    • MRO, AOG, Hangar, Line, VIP
    • Engineer, Supervisor, Chief, Manager
    • Technical Pilot and/or Flying Spanner

All Seniorities will report with a verifiable track record and will meet your stringent insurance requirements - Supporting Documents and References will be supplied – and many Maintenance Engineers travel with their own tool kit if needed.

    Contract VIP Cabin Crew

We believe each member of your VIP Cabin Crew should deliver:

    • Top quality VIP or Business/First Class Scheduled experience, technical expertise and knowledge, with a highly professional attitude
    • An articulate and intelligent approach, with a natural and elegant style that stands out from the crowd
    • Trust, capability and safety
    • Smart, adaptable, creative, proactive and quick thinking talents
    • Added value by naturally anticipating, then actioning, passenger needs
    • A service the Owner would be proud to present to his esteemed in-flight guests; the Foreign Head of State sitting next to him will want your Strongfield VIP Cabin Crew on his own Team!

When we know our shortlisted VIP Flight Attendants answer everything above, we then make sure their technical skills match your Operational needs. They’ll be experienced and/or licensed on your aircraft type(s) or similar and if you're planning to secure the most Elite skills to support the training of your own local Team, all the Certificates needed to verify Instructor status will be supplied.

However you need any VIP Cabin Crew to slot in to your Operation, our professional Crew are at your Service.

    • Understanding your Organisation and what you need from your new Employees
    • Matching Candidate experiences, knowledge and ability to your Company’s current status and future strategies
    • Considering each Candidate's personality and their approach to the role, as well as their own future career and life plans
    • Positively representing and supporting both Client and Candidates throughout

  • EXECUTIVES

Ambitious Organisations recognise one key goal - Securing Talent – the smart, sophisticated, commercial people who are technologically literate, 360 degree business aware and operationally agile, with the ability to secure Team commitments that achieves success, security and growth.

With personal contacts that reach Executives by name, company or sector, our instinctive abilities and personal attention guarantees an ideal skills, cultural, personal and corporate fit.

We Network with Executive from OEMs, Carriers, MROs and Organisations across the world. No other firm can offer the same level of specialist industry knowledge and contacts and it’s this established resource that provides your specialist Executive Search advantage.

We begin with a clean sheet of paper when we first speak with you. Together, we’ll build a picture of who your new Executive should be – their skills, background, qualifications and technical knowledge (of course) but more than that: Who should this person be? What should they achieve for your business? Do they have the vision to identify how things can improve? Can they engage the Team to deliver enhanced services? What value can they add? Why should you hire this person rather than someone else?

Only when we really understand the depth of who you want to bring in to your Team will we begin to work for you.

Throughout the Programme we will identify and hand-pick the Executives who fully match your expectations.

We will also guide all parties through interviews, leading to offers with salary and benefit packages, the working environment and culture, work-life balance, current business priorities, planned future goals – and every aspect of the sensible and considered decision making process all parties have to make, if the correct match is to be made.
