Operational for over 40 years, Strongfield's headquarters is in Wembley UK, and has offices in India, Canada and Finland.

The Strongfield group operates through 3 divisions:

• Outsourcing - Indian manufacturing capability for UK companies
• Manpower - personnel consultancy for aerospace & defence industry
